- 1. Email our Warranty Department at (info@hoodlandsandco.com) with your receipt or purchasers name and images of the defective item(s) you wish to have warranted.
- 2. Once your digital request is received, we will evaluate your request and notify you on how to send your product in for repair, exchange, or return (typically a 24-48 hour turnaround time).
- 3. Then BAM! The process has been started and if you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to give us a shout at [email protected] and we'll be sure to address your inquires accordingly.

Apparel and Accessories Warranty Policy: HL&Co apparel and accessories are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 60 days from the original date of purchase.
That being said, we want to know about ANY defect that has occurred in order to prevent it from happening again in the future. If a garment has been damaged outside of the 60 day warranty period, e-mail us and we'll still try to make it right if possible.
This warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit and any alteration to the product will void the warranty.
*If a product cannot be repaired and is no longer available, a like item will be selected for replacement, or a refund will be processed within 6-8 business days following the return of the item(s)*
